About Us
Discover our office, our fleet, and the team working to provide attentive service throughout your car rental experience in Costa Rica.
SINCE 2012
Our story
Natural Car Rental began in 2012 in La Agonía, Alajuela, with a dream of growing as a Costa Rican company and offering genuine, personal service with a close connection to each customer.
We began with SUVs for local customers and Costa Rican businesses needing corporate rentals. As our fleet grew, we expanded our focus to welcome international travelers looking to discover Costa Rica.
In 2023, we moved to GreenPoint Business Center, Office 101, approximately 1 kilometer from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO). We also extended our operating hours to better accommodate our customers’ arrivals and reservations.
Today, our local team serves customers every day from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. We continue to grow with the same motivation that inspired us at the beginning: offering good service and maintaining a genuine connection with each customer.
